Flowing Art Prize & Fair is an international award and fair program dedicated to emerging creators working at the intersection of art, design, and function.

Founded by Flowing Space in New York, this initiative celebrates artworks that are not only visually compelling but also designed to be used, lived with, and integrated into daily life — from art furniture and lighting to vessels, Design objects to Textile, and functional sculptures.

Unlike traditional art prizes, Flowing Art Prize focuses not only on exposure and recognition but also on building long-term, sustainable support systems for artists. Finalists are selected by an international jury of curators, editors, and strategists, and presented in a one-month exhibition and micro-fair at Flowing Space Gallery in New York City.

We believe functional art is not a secondary category — it is the future of living with meaning.
